A 30-day return policy applies; you must request a return within 30 days after receiving your item to be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact rooibos@jecs.co.nz. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Once your return has been authorised, please mail your items to the address provided in the email.

You will be notified once your item has been received and inspected, and if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
